This page explains the information used when a visitor asks to receive and unlock the RateMatch live-demo workspace.
LIVE DEMO ACCESS REQUEST
Your details are used to fulfil the access request you submit.
Submitting the form is not a subscription to a general marketing list. It initiates the operational email you requested and allows RateMatch to follow up about the demonstrated hotel use case.
Why it is used
To record the request, send the branded workspace and demo access information, prevent repeated automated requests and support a directly related RateMatch conversation.
Email delivery
Mailchimp Transactional, also known as Mandrill, processes the message for delivery. The visitor receives the email and contact@rate-match.com receives a copy.
Website storage
The submitted contact record is stored in the website's protected database. The persistent browser widget keeps the demo configuration and unlocked state, but does not keep the visitor's email, telephone or hotel position.
Access credentials
The current demo uses clearly labelled generic placeholder credentials. They do not provide production authentication. A future secure API will replace them with property-specific access.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only as long as needed to fulfil the request and the directly related business follow-up. To request access, correction or deletion, email contact@rate-match.com.
